This privacy policy is applicable to any personal information which is given by you to THCUK ("User Information") via the web sites located at www.thehistorychannel.co.uk, www.crimeandinvestigation.co.uk and www.thebiographychannel.co.uk and all its related channels ("the History Sites").
"You" shall mean you, the user of the site, "THCUK" shall mean The History Channel (UK) and its associated companies and the "History Sites" shall have the meaning as set out above.
When using the History Sites you will encounter areas such as games, competitions, shops or chat forums where you may be asked to enter User Information. Such User Information will only be used for the purposes stated at the collection point or in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
