Romina is giving her daughter the ultimate gift, in the hope that she will be able to live the life her aunt was denied.

When Romina was young, her sister Delise contracted a rare form of cancer and died at the age of five.

Years later, in memory, Romina named her daughter Delise, never suspecting she would develop the same disease. At just eight-years-old, Delise has already had eight operations, lost both kidneys and undergoes painful nightly dialysis.

At school she must eat separate food to the other children; in winter she can't play outside. But doctors believe that Romina could improve Delise's life, by donating a kidney.

Will the operation be a success and allow Delise to finally be free of her dialysis machine?
